When will I get my order?

Wholesalers can expect 1-3 business days for orders to process before being shipped or delivered. Transit time for orders being shipped depends on the location of the final destination. 
 
Orders placed before Noon Central Monday will be sent out on Wednesday. Orders placed before Noon Central Wednesday will be sent out Friday. Orders placed before Noon Central Friday will be sent out Monday. 
*Please expect delays during Federal Holidays and Inclement Weather. Our team will always communicate pertinent updates or changes to delivery schedules. 

 

Are your bags compostable?

Our Neo Plastics™ packaging makes it easy to consume coffee without the creation of single-use plastic waste. This solution also supports consumers that don’t have local recycling or compost options. Simply dispose of this packaging in your regular trash. Once discarded into the landfill, this packaging helps accelerate the natural microbial process that creates biogas which can be collected, processed, and turned into clean energy to power homes, schools, and business. 

 

Can you grind my coffee order?

Absolutely! In the dropdown menu, select "Whole Bean" or "Ground." Use the "Special Instructions for seller" box section to specify the desired grind setting. i.e. batch brew or espresso

 

Can I edit/add to my order once it has already been placed?

What will shipping cost?

Local delivery is a flat $10.00 fee for businesses within 15 miles of 2934 Sidco Drive, Nashville, TN 37204. 

Standard Shipping is UPS Ground. We offer free shipping and delivery on coffee orders over 100lb. 

Canned products and chai concentrate do not qualify for free shipping. All shipping fees are based on weight.
